1. Acceptance
By subscribing to StockKit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
StockKit delivers AI-generated daily market analysis reports to subscribers via email. A free plan is available. An optional paid plan (Plus) adds further capabilities and is billed on a recurring monthly basis after a free trial; you can cancel during the trial at no charge.
3. Not Investment Advice
All content provided by StockKit is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
4. Public Reports and Contact Channels
Any public report, market context, support link, or contact channel is provided to support product use and general research discussion only. It does not create an advisor-client relationship and should not be treated as personalized investment guidance.
5. No Warranty
Reports are generated by AI models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. StockKit makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
StockKit shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of or reliance on the information provided, including but not limited to investment losses.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
8. Billing and Cancellation (Plus)
The Plus plan is billed monthly through our payment processor (PayPal) after a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancelling during the trial means you are not charged. After cancellation your account reverts to the free plan at the end of the current period.
